Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks (20 business days) for your order to be designed, produced, and prepared for shipment.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During periods of high demand, processing may take the full 4 weeks. If your order is completed sooner, it will be shipped immediately.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Puerto Rico: 3–7 business days
  

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include our processing time.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated processing and shipping times, delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
